Everybody have been looking for some program like this.
However we use once or little more, we already installed on our PC, if you are rarely using, it isn't useful installing on your PC, you can use portable version. The Best Program If You Want To Learn reading and pronunciation Languages!
You can select from different voices if you like and adjust them according to your hearing pleasure. You can combine with another program that attached wav sounds to windows and application events, it's just perfect. Its also very good for people that have some kind of reading issue.
